Peter Mohrhauser founded Ascential in 1992. In addition to being sole owner he currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Under his leadership the company has won four consecutive "Inc. 5000" awards, recognizing the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States, one of only 621 companies nationwide to have won this award at least four times or more.
Peter is an active volunteer in the PRSM industry organization, winning the 2010 Service Excellence Award. Currently he serves as Chairman of the Education Committee and held previous chairs of the Conferences Committee, Best Practices Committee and Industry Partnerships Committee.
Tom Atkinson joined Ascential in May 2007 as the company's first Chief Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in May 2008. He is responsible for overseeing the business management, treasury and human resource functions of the company.
Prior to joining Ascential, Tom spent almost 11 years working for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and was a Regional Business Manager - Controller in the greater Boston area from 2000 - 2007.
Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1996 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He has previously served on the Racine Zoological Society Board of Directors as Treasurer and Vice Chair of Finance and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints Foundation. Tom is a participating member in the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce CFO Executive Roundtable. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
David Pfeiffer joined Ascential in June 1993 as a Project Coordinator, was promoted to Project Manager in March 1997 and was promoted to Director of Service Operations in July of 2008. He is responsible for overseeing the service operations and service delivery for the company.
Prior to joining Ascential, David spent 4 years working in retail and as a logistic supplier for a local automotive chain.
David attended the University of Wisconsin - Parkside majoring in business management.
Bill Hayes joined Ascential in January of 2009 after a successful career in the HVAC Services Industry. Bill has designed and implemented facility management programs in the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Brazil and Malaysia. Throughout his career he has developed programs optimizing facility operations and has specialized in implementing management programs that improve building quality while reducing operational and capital expenditures. Bill also has extensive experience in building and production equipment maintenance, and has developed janitorial, housekeeping and safety programs for major retailers, hospitals, long term care facilities, office complexes and industrial manufacturing facilities.
Prior to joining Ascential, Bill previously worked for Service Master, Johnson Controls World Services and Fluor Daniels.
Bill is responsible for developing and implementing facility operations programs that improve efficiency while reducing costs.
Brad Podojil is the Director of Business Development at Ascential. He works to achieve the company's strategic business goals through sales and marketing. Mr. Podojil joined Ascential in Nov 2007 having several positions in Sales Development including: Director of Sales, Sales Manager, Account Manager and Corporate Account Manager.
Prior to joining Ascential, Mr. Podojil supported sales efforts with Duro-Last Roofing & Servidyne. He has spent 15 years working in the construction industry planning, structuring and delivering on sales strategies.
Brad graduated from Washburn University of Topeka, KS in 1996 and holds 3 Bachelor of Science degrees; Business Management, Business Marketing and a Math degree.
